Travel to Boise

It's been a while since I've posted - don't have any excuse. Just got back yesterday from the Boise, Idaho area. Attended my husband's 55th class reunion in Weiser, ID and then spent time with family in Boise. Had a great time, but as usual, it was nice to get back home. Husband went golfing with his brother one day, so I visited a LYS in Meridian called The Yarn Shoppe. The two ladies in the shop were very nice and helpful and what a lot of yarn to pick from. I purchased two skeins of yarn - Fiesta WaterMark in Mochachino and Fiesta Stargurst LaBoheme also in Mochachino (with just a little sparkle) See photo. I don't know yet what I'm going to make but it will be something special.

Upon my return home I found out I was the winner of a skein of Smooshy Dream in Color from a game/contest on Belle of the Ball Podcast. Friend Sherrill now expects to see a pair of socks. I'll probably make a "test" pair before I use this beautiful yarn.

I'm signed up for classes in October and November for a top-down sweater and 2 socks on one needle and looking forward to these very much.
So long for now.
